The Process - How it Works:

  1. Review our Service Descriptions: Wedding Management, Event Management, Full Design, & Balloon Decor

  2. Select Service(s) that fit your needs or you want more information on

  3. Request Booking by filling out the form below as completely as possible

  4. We will Respond Tues.-Fri. during our office hours 11am-6pm. To confirm service or discuss further if needed prior to booking.

  5. We will send invoice with service agreement for your review

  6. Secure your service/event date:

    • Payment of 1st installment on invoice confirms your booking and reserves your event on our calendar.

    • Wedding Management, Event Management, & Full Design are available in 3 installments

    • Balloon Decor only services require a $100 retainer prior to in-person consultation and/or digital mock ups; this reserves your event date on our calendar as well. (Retainer will be applied toward total booking fee.) Following consultation/mockups invoice will be sent for selected services/decor and may be made in 2 installments.

  7. Let the Planning Begin:

    No matter what package you've selected, we are with you at any stage of your planning.  We work to understand your unique design needs and suggest those twists that will create an event to remember!

  8. Balance/ Final Installment due 3 weeks prior to event

  9. Enjoy your Event:

    Day of event Twists to Remember does all the work and you get credit for producing an Amazing Event to Remember!
