All lodging is covered when 2 artists to a 2 bed room. Artists will get to choose/approve roommate, or can choose to room alone for additional fee.

Cancelation Fee *

I understand that if I cancel attending the Balloon Selfie Museum as a Balloon Crew Member after March 1st 2024, I am responsible to get the lodging & food sponsored fee of $525 to the Balloon Selfie Museum Director: Mindy Ellis prior to May 1st. This fee will be utilized to reimburse the sponsors, as after March 1st lodging fees are nonrefundable and food arrangements booked.
